How We Fulfil Orders

Pettucci is a dropshipping store powered by Spocket, which connects us with trusted suppliers primarily based in the United States and European Union. This means shorter transit times and better quality control compared to traditional dropshipping.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties

Most orders ship from US or EU warehouses, reducing the likelihood of customs delays. However, for international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different suppliers. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. You will not be charged extra for this.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@pettucci.com and we will investigate promptly. We will either resend your order or issue a full refund if the package is confirmed lost.
